Perform repairs on downed equipment.;
Establish, implement, and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for the site's fleet of ground service equipment and fuel farm.;
Maintain stock of necessary parts and fluids in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedule and consistent with guidance from the Operations Manager and General Manager.;
Oversee the quality control program in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.;
Promote a culture of first-class customer service and safety through daily observations, shift briefings, routine audits, usage of Baldwin SMS, monthly service/safety meetings, training, and documented service/safety procedures.
