Walmart Stores - Up to $145000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Upholds the Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates and listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing Company policies and procedures, and providing resolutions for Associates;
Drives the financial performance of the Facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved and overseeing budgeting and forecasting;
Drives sales in the Facility by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, in-stock and inventory levels;
Ensures the success of the Academy training environment and store standards, engaging Academy associates and providing training and shadowing opportunities;
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating performance
