Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular & Balance Rehab) – Crestview, FL | Sign-On Bonus + Loan Repayment
FYZICAL® Therapy & Balance Centers in Crestview, FL are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient team. As a national leader in balance therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic rehab, and orthopedic physical therapy, we provide individualized treatments averaging 12 patients per day in a supportive and innovative clinical setting.

What You’ll Do
:
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy in balance, vestibular, neurologic, and orthopedic rehab
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based care focused on outcomes and patient experience
- Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and long-term wellness
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with a motivated, patient-first clinical team
What You’ll Need
:
- Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong interest in balance, vestibular, neuro, and/or orthopedic rehab
- Open to both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduate PTs
