We have openings for Intensive Outpatient Group and Individual Counseling positions!
The Therapist has the primary responsibility for the assessment, planning and implementation of the treatment for clients in the outpatient/substance abuse program. The Therapist provides both direct services and mobilizes the resources of the total treatment milieu. This includes individual, collateral, group and family therapy.
Conduct diagnostic assessment and document treatment goals/objectives within the appropriate time‑frame.Direct planning and writing of the client’s care plan.Oversee day‑to‑day operations of treatment services for clients.Promote a positive view of Re‑group to the public and outside agencies.Provide individual, group, collateral and family treatment, as appropriate, based on clinical issues and treatment needs.Maintain current therapy notes, treatment reports, and other written documentation and correspondence according to agency policy and within appropriate time frames.Attend all therapist meetings and assist in developing appropriate intervention techniques.Maintain current licensure and adhere to ethical guidelines provided by your licensure board.Participate in supervision and consultation on a regular basis.Collaborate effectively with other assigned Re‑group services and community partners.Meet minimum requirements for billable time on a consistent basis based on caseload and area served.Be flexible and adapt to schedule changes and work environment.Provide consistent, quality treatment to all clients on caseload.Ensure all necessary records are maintained and kept confidential.Ensure entries in all treatment plans and narrative reports to MCOs are done professionally, concisely and timely.Participate in on‑call schedule when appropriate.Perform other duties as assigned.- Master’s Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university is required.
- Must hold or be eligible for a clinical KY Masters‑level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC).
- Ramey‑Estep/Re‑group is an approved National Health Service Corp (NHSC) site, so independently licensed clinicians can apply for student loan repayment through this program with a 2‑year service commitment.
Starting salary of $60,000 annually with a professional clinical license!
The position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus, starting at $3,000!
