Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our team at North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida. • Join a setting currently supported by two independent GI physicians; the incoming Gastroenterologist will practice solo within the employed model.
• Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a mix of clinic and procedural work.
• Schedule:
  
  3 days of clinic and 2 days dedicated to procedures/OR.
• Clinic
  
  Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Call:
  Approximately 10 days per month.
• Patient Volume:
  Average 20-30 patients per day in clinic.
• OR support provided by experienced OR and clinic staff.
• Dedicated endoscopy room in the main hospital plus access to an adjacent ASC to help meet high procedural demand.
• APP support will be added once the physician is fully ramped up.
• Collaboration with general surgeons for coordinated patient care.
• Opportunity to participate in ongoing clinical research and clinical trials to advance innovation within the specialty.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• ERCP skills are a plus (one independent GI performs ERCP), but not required
• No EUS required
• Experience preferred but not required
