Step One Automotive Group is seeking a Hybrid Desk and Finance Manager to join our team in Crestview, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves managing the sales desk and finance operations to ensure efficient and effective customer experiences. Responsibilities include evaluating and processing finance and insurance options, structuring car deals, coordinating with lenders, mentoring sales teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The manager will also be responsible for driving revenue, fostering team collaboration, personally spinning 25-30 deals per month, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Strong financial acumen, experience in finance and insurance product sales, and the ability to structure competitive offers.
- Proficiency in sales management, negotiation, and customer relationship-building.
- Leadership skills to guide and train sales teams, with a focus on performance and professional development.
- Attention to detail with an understanding of compliance standards and documentation in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with dealership management software and financial tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient using Vin Solutions and Dealer track DMS.
