Summary:
State Representative Nathan Boyles is now accepting applications in his Crestview, Florida office to assist with a variety of administrative and public relations matters requiring a thorough understanding of the policies, procedures, and operating practices of the Florida Legislature.
Salary:
Annual $47,364
The Legislature offers a competitive benefits package. This position is not eligible for virtual work.
Primary Responsibilities
* Knowledge and application of House Rules, Protocol, House-specific Applications, House Administrative Policies and the Legislature's Joint Policies and Procedures.
* Constituent Management
* Day-to-day Operations:
Monthly Bills, Office Files, Office Property, Office Supplies, Office Communications
* Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports
* Manage Office Expense Accounts and Travel System
* Required Legislative Filings
* Municipal, County, and Regional Issues Related to the District
* Community and Public Outreach
* Mandatory Trainings as Assigned

* Constituent Management

Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience; or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Professional administrative experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
