Southwestern Community College is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Director of Adult Education and Literacy (AEL). This position plans, develops, and promotes adult education and literacy activities and opportunities throughout merged area XIV, supporting individuals in achieving higher educational advancement, workforce readiness, and personal growth. The director provides leadership and oversight of Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) programming and ensures compliance with all state and federal requirements.
This is a full-time position with benefits. The position is a grant‑funded position which will be re‑evaluated at the end of the funding period.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, in education preferred.
