Cleanroom Technician

As a Cleanroom Technician, you will perform assembly, inspection, labeling, and packaging operations within a clean room environment. You are expected to follow approved work instructions and maintain compliance with gowning and white room behavior protocols. The role requires accurate recording of production data and verification of lot numbers, traceability information, and labeling accuracy.

• Perform in-process inspections and elevate quality concerns immediately.
• Support line clearance and product changeover activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and environmental control standards.
• Assist in training new operators on white room procedures and documentation practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation of controlled materials.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Experience in cleanroom, assembly, and medical device operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in controlled environment operations or regulated production- GMP or cleanroom environment.
• Experience in cleanroom environment.
• Experience in packaging.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Ability to follow processes thoroughly.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow controlled procedures.
• Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurement verification.
• Physical capability of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

You will be working in a cleanroom environment alongside one to two other people, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and environmental control standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
