Culinary Service Director – Cresskill, NJ

Salary: $81,000 - $120,000 per year

• Well versed in purchasing systems, menu programs, and software; able to read and understand financial reports associated with the Dietary Department.
• Possess thorough knowledge of and commitment to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner with other team members to meet the nutritional needs of the residents and provide services for special events and daily activity programs.

• Serv Safe certified.
• At least 2+ years’ experience as a Food/Culinary Service Director in a long‑term care/sub‑acute environment.
• Desire to serve others is necessary.
• Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
