F45 Training Cresskill is seeking a friendly and efficient customer service FRONT DESK champion who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with fitness members, multitasking, and demonstrating punctuality, phone etiquette, and excellent writing skills.
JobDuties Include:
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Assist with program information and sell memberships and services
- Respond to all emails
- Make confirmation calls/texts
- Follow up with calls/texts
- Collect payments
- Update customer lists
- Manage filing and office organization
- Create and schedule marketing emails
- Design flyers to promote the business
- Search for partnership opportunities and manage/attend events
- Manage supplies and office inventory to ensure availability of materials
- Maintain a clean lobby
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with all emailing and texting platforms
- Superb organizational skills
- Excellent writing and phone etiquette
- Punctuality
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Customer service champion
Alternating shifts:
Monday to Friday 5am to 11am or 4pm to 7pm, Saturdays or Sundays 8am onwards. Part-time position, local candidates only.
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
