Payroll:
Weekly direct deposit
Active and unrestricted California CNA license
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute, med/surg, or long-term care settings
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
Valid Driver’s License or Passport
Strong patient care, observation, and documentation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must not require time-off in the first 6 months of contract
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care
, including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility assistance, and hygiene support
Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition
Report changes in patient status promptly to nursing staff or supervisors
Assist with patient comfort, safety, and well-being
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations
