JOB DUTIES:
Provides direct nursing care for patients of all age/developmental stages in assigned areas using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. JOB
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Responsible for managing care of assigned patients and directing activities of ancillary staff. Assesses patients' physiological and psychological needs and strengths in a competent and comprehensive manner. Plans, implements and evaluates patients' care plan. Demonstrates commitment to professional practice including those skills necessary to manage a patient care assignment in a cost justifiable manner. Demonstrates leadership skills through performance of charge nurse functions.
