- Full-spectrum pediatrics from newborns to 18 years old
- Includes outpatient, newborn nursery, ED consults and inpatient pediatric care
- Flexible scheduling including 2 weeks on/off or 3 weeks clinical 2 weeks call
- Monday-Friday clinic hours during on weeks
- 24/7 call includes ED, L&D and inpatient kids
- Hospitalist team covers all admissions
- Top-tier imaging technology and EPIC EMR
- Starting base range is $250,000-$350,000 depending on schedule
- Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
