Manufacturing Project Lead – FMCG / Healthcare Manufacturing

Here at gap personnel we are recruiting a Manufacturing Project Lead to support business change initiatives such as product launches, pack changes and process improvements across our clients manufacturing operation.

Working alongside an experienced Engineering Project Manager, you’ll lead cross‑functional projects from concept through to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Finance, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Operations to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Project Lead with FMCG, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience who wants to grow their career in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for product and packaging changes
• Build and manage cross‑functional project teams
• Own project planning, timelines, costs and risks
• Drive clear stakeholder communication and reporting
  
  Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, health & safety and company standards
• Support factory trials, launches and implementation activities
• Maintain project documentation, KPIs and lessons learned

• Proven experience in leading projects within FMCG, pharma, healthcare, or similar manufacturing environments
• Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence leading teams and holding stakeholders accountable
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
• Focus on cost, schedule, and quality delivery
