Overview
Central and Southern is a growing, values‑led children’s residential care organisation, and we’re looking for a Business Support Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and help keep the business running smoothly, smartly and safely.
You’ll sit right at the heart of the organisation, owning the systems and structures that make everything work, from HR processes and compliance, to data governance, IT oversight, marketing and the everyday rhythm of the business.
Responsibilities- Own and oversee systems and structures that support safe practice and accountability, including records, data and GDPR compliance.
- Manage HR processes and compliance, data governance, IT oversight, marketing and daily operational rhythm.
- Organised, confident and comfortable juggling many moving parts.
