I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Crawley paying 21.40 per hour CIS. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Carpenter Duties:
- Carry out carry out a range of Carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating and patch plastering repairs as well as associated works within social housing properties.
The Successful Carpenter will be required to:
- Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
- Carry out works allocated by appointments
- Have a valid UK Driving Licence
- Hold a relevant trade qualification
Pay Rate:
Temp - 21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)
Hours:
- 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am - 17:00pm with an half hour break
You will be supplied with:
- A van
- Fuel card
- PDA System
