Refrigeration Engineer

Position: Refrigeration Engineer (Permanent)
Refrigeration Engineer – Crawley Area – £45,000 to £47,000 – Door to Door – 1 in 6 Call Out – £150

This is a mobile refrigeration role covering commercial sites around Crawley and surrounding areas. Door to door pay is included. The role suits an engineer who enjoys autonomy, fault finding, and a steady service route.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Planned service and maintenance of refrigeration equipment

* Reactive breakdown response and fault diagnosis

* Working on commercial refrigeration, cold rooms, integral and remote systems

* Completing repairs, part changes, and performance checks

* Checking pressures, temperatures, and system operation

* Completing paperwork, service reports, and compliance notes

* Communicating with customers professionally and managing expectations

* Participating in the on call rota and emergency response process

What We’re Looking For

* F Gas qualification

* Proven refrigeration maintenance experience

* Strong fault finding ability

* Good reporting and admin skills

* Full UK driving licence
