Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Arborist based in Crawley Down.

Responsibilities include:

, managing tree care, pruning, planting, felling, and handling emergency tree work as required. The Arborist will also ensure compliance with safety and conservation regulations. Experience in operating specialized machinery and equipment is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arboriculture and Forestry practices
• Strong understanding of Tree Identification and tree-specific needs
• Certified Arborist accreditation or equivalent industry certifications
• Practical experience in tree care and maintenance
• Commitment to adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to assess tree health and hazards
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• A valid driver’s license is essential and familiarity with operating tree surgery machinery is advantageous
