Production & Packing Operative - Gatwick Airport

Location: Crawley, London Gatwick Airport area

Pay: £12.50 per hour | Overtime: £18.75 | Bank Holidays: £25.00

Hours: Early shift 06:00-15:00 | Rotas: 5 on/3 off or 4 on/2 off (weekends included)

Flexible availability to do both shifts patterns.

Long-term position with potential to go permanent.

Start dates available once airport clearances are completed.

• Prepare, assemble, and pack products to company standards
• Operate basic production and packing equipment safely
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging
• Label, seal, and prepare items for dispatch
• Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic work areas
• Handle stock: counting, rotation, and storage
• Work closely with the team to meet daily targets

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable on your feet in a busy production environment
• Able to lift and move catering equipment when needed
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
