About the role đ„ïžVestiaire Collective is seeking an individual with compliance and regulatory reporting experience to join our global compliance team. This individual should be able to support the group on a range of data privacy, AMLâCFT, sanctions, antiâcorruption and other general compliance topics.
This is a fullâtime position located in our global headquarters in Paris. We are looking for a team player with sharp analytical and communication skills, who is diligent, proactive, collaborative, organized, with the ability to lead and drive organizationâwide multiâstakeholder work programmes from inception to conclusion on a crossâfunctional basis.
What youâll do đ- Handling GDPR data subject requests.
- Compliance Screening and KYC / KYB checks.
- Suspicious Transaction Reporting.
- Handling of judicial requisitions received from law enforcement and other government agencies.
- Participation in the improvement of internal procedures and team training sessions.
- Law degree or compliance analyst qualifications from an accredited university.
- You have a minimum 3 yearsâ experience within a company and/or a law firm in an international environment covering data privacy, AMLâCFT, sanctions, antiâbribery/corruption and general compliance matters.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
- Good command of the Office Suite and legal databases and an appetite for optimizing legal operations and project management.
- Ability to deliver efficient work, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in a fastâpaced environment.
- You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical and have excellent interpersonal skills.
