Business Analyst

Overview

A Business Analyst with ideally a professional services or law firm environment background is required by a thriving legal firm based in the South East.

As a Business Analyst you will be working for a well-established, successful legal firm who are undergoing a significant IT transformation and upgrade project to implement the Sharedo (Legal Case and Matter Management Software) platform.

They are looking for strong experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services environment such as legal, accountancy, architecture, or finance, and you'll have regular interaction with lawyers and other legal staff to roll out the software in a way that everyone is comfortable with. Strong experience of software application implementation - ideally legal software, case management systems or practice management systems.

This Business Analyst role would then see you taking some technical product ownership of the Sharedo platform, so this is a great opportunity to gain some valuable product experience.

Please note that this is a hybrid role working 2 - 3 days from the Crawley office, and has a salary of up to £65,000, plus great benefits.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst working for a law firm / within a legal environment is highly desirable
• As a minimum, BA experience within a professional services firm is a hard requirement
• Solid IT / application project management experience is essential
• You must be able to demonstrate delivery of complex IT and applications projects
• Defining user stories, creating technical documents and conducting workshops / training
• Specific experience of legal software and case management systems (CMS or PMS) is highly desirable
• Sharedo platform experience would be a great bonus but is not expected
• You must live within commutable distance of Crawley for 2 - 3 days hybrid working
