Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Crawley, West Sussex (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

An established organisation is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to play a key role in the delivery and ongoing support of enterprise HCM solutions.
OverviewThe Role
You will combine strong functional knowledge with technical expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM, supporting implementations, enhancements, and post-go-live operations.
Responsibilities- Providing technical and functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Designing, configuring, and customising Oracle Fusion HCM to meet business requirements
- Producing and maintaining functional specifications and configuration documentation
- Managing deliverables, priorities, and timelines within HCM projects
- Working closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customisations
- Supporting testing, quality assurance, and post-implementation activities
- Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of modules such as:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Absence Management
- Learning Management
- HR Help Desk
- Experience configuring and customising Oracle Fusion applications
- Strong testing and validation experience within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification
- Salary up to £75,000
