The Role

We need an Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Oracle Fusion related applications and delivery for one of the UK's large airline customers.

Your Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts
  .
- Gather and analyze payroll business requirements including:
  - Earnings, deductions, and statutory components
  - Payroll calendars, periods, and consolidation groups
  - Pre-payments, costing, and payment methods
  - Retro-pay, balances, and year-end processing
- Configure payroll components such as:
  - Payroll definitions and payroll relationships
  - Element entries, classifications, and eligibility
  - Balances, balance feeds, and dimensions
  - Payroll costing and GL integration
- Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Provide functional expertise to HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders
  .
