Location:
Crawley (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite) Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to lead, design, and support Oracle Fusion Financials implementations. This role blends deep functional knowledge with strong technical capability across Oracle Fusion Finance modules, supporting full project life cycles from design and configuration through testing, go-live, and ongoing optimisation. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design, delivering scalable and reliable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide functional expertise and guidance across Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
* Design, configure, and customise Oracle Fusion Financials to meet business needs.
* Produce functional specifications, configuration documents, and process guides.
* Manage and prioritise tasks, deliverables, and timelines within the Finance workstream.
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migrations, and custom components.
* Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance activities throughout project phases.
* Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement of Finance processes and systems. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
* Strong functional knowledge across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
* Familiarity with Oracle Fusion configuration and setup for Finance-related modules.
* Ability to configure and customise Oracle Fusion to meet business-specific requirements.
* Understanding of how Oracle Fusion Finance modules align with organisational workflows and finance processes.
* Experience testing Oracle Fusion Financials to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
* Ability to stay current on Oracle Fusion patches, quarterly updates, and new features.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
