Salary: £26,000-£34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potentialLocation: 1st Floor, Peveril Court, 6 London Rd, CrawleyRH10 8JE
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home (after induction and subject to performance)Contract: Permanent - full-time (37.5 hours, Monday-Friday) or part-time (4 full days or 5 shorter days)Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
About the Role
Reed Brighton is seeking a motivated Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team based in Crawley and covering the Brighton market. You will manage and grow a desk specialising in temporary business support roles, partnering with both new and existing clients across the region.
You'll be joining a high-performing office, giving you the opportunity to learn from top billers and collaborate closely with a successful accountancy recruiter to share client leads. The desk currently bills around £1,000 per month, with a substantial network of lapsed clients across the Brighton area-offering excellent potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through cold calling, Linked In outreach and networking events
- Understand client staffing needs and deliver tailored temporary recruitment solutions
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
Talent Attraction
- Source and engage high-calibre candidates for temporary assignments
- Write compelling job adverts, conduct headhunting activity and utilise social media channels
- Manage and maintain a strong candidate database for fast and effective matching
