Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work in healthcare settings in Horsham.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care

* Administer medications and treatments safely

* Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately

* Maintain accurate clinical records

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies

Essential Requirements

* Valid NMC registration (PIN required)

* Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience

* Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service or willing to apply)

* Completion of all mandatory training, including:

* Basic Life Support

* Manual Handling

* Infection Prevention & Control

* Safeguarding Adults

* Medication Management

* Right to work in the UK

* Excellent communication and professional standards
