Crawley (Hybrid after training: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join a fast-paced finance team in Crawley on a temporary rolling basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries
- Producing aged debtor reports and supporting month-end processes
- Working closely with internal teams to improve credit processes
- Previous Credit Control experience is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working with finance systems and Excel
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Able to start at short notice and commit to a rolling contract
