Self-Employed Stock Condition Surveyor / DEA
Location: Southampton or Portsmouth
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Self-Employed / Contract
Duration: Ongoing work (potential for extension)
We are currently looking for a Self-Employed Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to join our team for an immediate start in the Southampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible, ongoing work with consistent weekly assignments.
What the role involves- Completing stock condition surveys on residential properties
- Carrying out DEA assessments where qualified
- Ensuring accurate data collection and timely submission
- Working independently and managing your own schedule
- Experience in Stock Condition Surveys and/or DEA certification
- Ability to start immediately
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Own transport and equipment
- Immediate start
