Your role will support the team with service‑engineering activities, meeting deadlines and operating within budget. You will develop strong technical knowledge across electronic, mechanical and software engineering through on‑the‑job training and university studies.
Key learning areas include:
- Electronic, mechanical and software engineering fundamentals
- Design and implementation techniques for product development
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Services tooling and software packages
- Current industry standards for all service disciplines

You will be enrolled on the Level 6 Applied Professional Engineering Programme at Warwick University, following the Electrical/Electronic Technical Support Engineer pathway. The first two years provide a broad engineering skill set, while years three and four focus on your specialist pathway, combining university studies with practical application in our services function in Crawley.
Requirements- 112 UCAS tariff points at A Level, including a grade B in Maths, and at least one other relevant STEM subject (Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics)
- Five GCSEs, grades 9‑4 (A‑C), including English, Maths and a Science subject
Applicants who already hold a relevant degree are not eligible for this programme.
