Overview
Southgate Primary is seeking an inspiring Class Teacher (English Curriculum Lead) to champion exceptional teaching, learning and achievement across our school. This is a pivotal role for an enthusiastic teacher with a deep passion for English and the drive to lead its continued development. As a member of our teaching team, you will shape a rich, progressive curriculum; guide colleagues through high-quality training, co-planning and coaching;
and rigorously monitor teaching, learning and interventions to ensure every pupil makes outstanding progress. If you are committed to raising standards, fostering excellence and empowering others, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Our school sits within a newly established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Southgate Primary School, our cluster includes the following other schools:
