Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day

We’re recruiting enthusiastic, qualified teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. With opportunities across a variety of schools, no two days are the same—ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, adaptability, and keeping their skills fresh.

Your Role

Deliver engaging, effective lessons in primary and/or secondary settings
Foster positive, inclusive, and well-managed classrooms
Adapt quickly to new schools, subjects, and age groups
Support pupil progress, behaviour, and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with school staff and follow school policies

What We’re Looking For

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in primary, secondary, or both (flexibility is essential)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
