Pay: £100 - £130 per day - DOE

We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and proactive Teaching Assistant / LSA to support a bright and engaging pupil within a welcoming and supportive secondary school environment.

We are looking for someone who has a calm, flexible approach, and experience of boosting confidence and reducing anxiety. The successful candidate will be an excellent relationship builder and have proven ability of providing learning support either in a school setting or a relevant transferable position.

Your role will involve:

Providing consistent 1:1 teaching assistant support in lessons and in a quiet, structured workspace
Helping to break down learning into smaller, achievable steps as an LSA
Offering gentle encouragement and emotional reassurance throughout the day providing emotional continuity
Communicating daily with parents, summarising progress and focus areas for home
Collaborating with Teaching staff and the school SENDCo to adapt tasks and promote positive participation Benefits
