About the Role

In this role, you will:

* Teach Business Studies across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and relevant lessons

* Inspire students to think critically, work independently, and apply business concepts to everyday life

* Plan creative lessons that support progress for learners of all abilities

* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed

* Play an active role within the department and contribute to the wider life of the school

About You

The school is looking for someone who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification

* Has secure subject knowledge in Business Studies

* Is enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to student success

* Can create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

* Is keen to continue developing professionally and contribute ideas to the department
