About the Client:

Our client is a well-regarded specialist in commercial fit out, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior projects. They maintain a loyal client base through consistent service, quality finishes, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.

• Prepare clear and competitive estimates for ceilings, partitions, and office fit out works
• Review drawings, specifications, and client information to produce accurate cost breakdowns
• Support tender submissions for projects ranging from £50k to £500k
• Identify buildability considerations, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure scope alignment and pricing accuracy
• Maintain well-organised records of tenders and related documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients to support professional and long‑term relationships

• Estimating experience within ceilings, partitions, drylining, or office fit out
• Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and commercial interiors
• Confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Able to produce accurate estimates for commercial projects up to £500k
• Excellent numerical and communication skills
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Salary between £45,000 – £50,000
• Office-based role with stable workload and long‑term client relationships
