Children’s Support Assistant – Creative & Community-Based Support
Location:
Crawley
The candidate should be a woman*; this role is to support a 7-year-old girl with autism and ADHD. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children’s Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support in both home and community settings.
The child enjoys painting, soft play and sensory-based activities, and the successful applicant will be confident in using these interests to support emotional regulation, social development and positive engagement. Care will be primarily delivered in the family home, with regular opportunities to access the local community, including leisure and recreational activities.
Hours:
6 hours per week term time, increasing to 8 hours per week during school holidays. Employment status:

Yes. This role would suit a professional, caring and adaptable individual with experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting children with autism and ADHD.
Hourly pay rate: TBC.
Flexibility and reliability are essential. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to support community-based activities.
