• Own and deliver Unum's end‑to‑end procurement strategy.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing procurement team.
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships in a regulated aerospace environment.
• Drive cost, quality, delivery, risk, and compliance performance.
• Lead procurement input to new product introduction, programmes, and cross‑functional projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence.

• Senior procurement leadership experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management capability.
• Deep understanding of quality, compliance, and traceability requirements.
• Experience supporting complex programmes or project‑based delivery.
• Aerospace or complex engineered product experience strongly preferred.✈️
