Our Client, a well-established franchised car dealership in Crawley, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced technicians looking to develop their career within a reputable organisation that values its staff and customer satisfaction.

Competitive basic salary ranging from £35,500 to £58,000, dependent on brand qualifications and experience

Duties:
Perform vehicle servicing and repair tasks efficiently in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and time frames
Conduct diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs on various vehicle systems
Identify and advise on vehicle faults and future servicing requirements
Recommend preventative maintenance to optimise vehicle performance and reduce customer costs
Document all work carried out accurately and inform customers of necessary repairs or maintenance
Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance
Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
City & Guilds qualification or similar industry accreditation
Minimum of 1 year experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
Full UK driving licence
Organised, methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills and reliability
