Salary: £50,000 Basic | £70,000 OTE (Based on Performance & CSI)

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (5-day week)

As Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Sales Executives, drive performance to exceed targets, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels (CSI). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to advance in a reputable, forward‑thinking dealership.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the sales team
• Set, monitor and achieve monthly sales targets
• Support and coach team members to maximise performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
• Manage stock, pricing, and presentation of vehicles
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Competitive basic salary of £50,000
• Realistic OTE of £70,000 (based on targets and CSI performance)
• Use of an Electric Vehicle (EV)
• On and EV charging facilities

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within the automotive industry is essential
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong track record of achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service

• Knowledge of EVs and current market trends advantageous
