AFML is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Projects Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-growing division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day tasks of our projects team and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments related to ongoing projects
  • Prepare reports for clients as required
  • Handle data entry tasks with precision
  • Respond professionally to phone inquiries
  • Organize files, records, and other administrative materials in a systematic manner
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record‑keeping as required
  • Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate project progress
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and project deadlines
Qualifications
  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
  • Previous clerical experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with data management systems and basic financial record‑keeping is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced creative environment
