• Convenient working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with a one‑hour lunch break

• Managing purchase and sales ledgers accurately
• Reconciling bank accounts
  
  Performing bookkeeping tasks
• Assisting with financial reporting
• Handling month‑end and year‑end reconciliations
• Managing import and customs accounting processes

• Possess proven experience as an Accounts Assistant in the motor trade or a similar environment
• Be highly organised and detail‑oriented
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Have knowledge of motor trade accounting software such as Pinewood Pinnacle, Kerridge, or CDK
