Overview

Interplant Driver — Days shift (2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN; South Plant is the target location).

Starting Rate: $21.39-$26.75 per hour for day shift with a $0.50 per hour shift differential for night shift. Additional

Incentives:

$100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement; $100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement; company provides all tools; 2 weeks vacation; training provided.

Work Hours:

Days, afternoons and nights; 8- and 10-hour rotating schedules.

Location:

South Plant, Crawfordsville, IN (600 State Road 32 West).

• Transport materials between manufacturing plants and the warehouse using a company tractor and trailer.
• Recognize mechanical issues that could prevent safe operation of equipment.
• Operate large vehicles with heavy loads with air brakes.
• Follow State and local safety regulations and plan legally driveable routes.

• Ability to communicate well with operators and crews.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to concepts of high employee involvement and continuous improvement.

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to operate these vehicles over a variety of roads and grades.
• Knowledge of state/local safety regulations and routes that can be legally driven.

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to obtain LSC Communications hoist license by attending class and meeting requirements.
• Must be able to obtain CDL Class A license.
