Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to excellence by verifying that all products conform to customer specifications and industry standards, including AWS D1.1. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in blueprint reading, inspection processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on products to verify compliance with customer specifications.
• Measure and inspect product dimensions to ensure alignment with design blueprints and technical drawings.
• Conduct weld inspections in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards.
• Document and verify that finished products have been manufactured to meet customer and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely inspection records and communicate findings effectively to production and quality teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in blueprint reading and layout.
• Ability to achieve UT Level II or CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance principles.

Preferred Qualifications (Plusses):

• Prior experience with the manufacture of steel transmission/distribution monopole structures.
• UT Shearwave Level II certification or experience.
• Experience in galvanizing and coatings inspections.
