Join our dynamic team as a Helper, where you will play a crucial role in supporting craft workers on construction or maintenance projects. You will gain valuable hands‑on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to a safety‑focused environment.

• Assist in the setup of equipment by hand or machine.
• Load, transport, unload, and furnish craft workers with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean work area and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing journeyman’s tools and equipment.
• Abide by the company Safety and QA/QC programs, OSHA rules, and regulations.
• Work overtime and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Proactively initiate and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Previous on‑job training on a construction site is required.
• Proficiency with hand tools related to specific tasks or crafts.

• Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds frequently.
• Must climb up and down ladders, stairs, scaffolds, and other structures while carrying tools and equipment.
• Must stand or walk for long periods.
• Must use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Must repeat short-duration tasks according to a set procedure.
• Must tolerate temperature fluctuations, loud noises, dust, and high‑voltage electromagnetic fields.
