• Promote a safe, environmentally responsible workplace
• Lead EHS programs and continuous improvement efforts
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs
• Plan and oversee plant shutdowns and major repairs
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Support daily maintenance operations and off-shift teams
• Oversee utilities systems and equipment reliability
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and vendor services
• Supervise maintenance and engineering staff
• Lead capital and improvement projects with plant leadership
• Ensure equipment operates to manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support mechanics
• Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and reliability improvements
• Maintain compliance with company policies and engineering standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams

• Degree in engineering, maintenance, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of maintenance or production experience in an industrial environment
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
• Budgeting And Cost Management Experience Preferred
