The responsibilities of the Production Administrator include but are not limited to:

• Work within the production control team to print and organize travelers, daily/weekly production schedules, and all other documents needed for daily/weekly production before and after production.
• Audit daily D365 production for errors and monitor production reporting.
• Assist in inventory tracking and management.
• Support in D365 issues and improvements.
• Monitor and report percentage of scrap in each department.
• Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating production schedules and managing documents for daily/weekly production with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

• Experience with Power BI
• Production scheduling or planning experience
• Experience with D365 ERP system
