The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.

- Customer Service and Communication: Friendly and professional demeanor with patience, empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
- Administrative and Office
Skills:
Ability to manage a multi-line phone system, mail handling, data entry, filing, and records keeping. - Supportive Presence: Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Teamwork: Ability to work toward a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
- One to three months of related experience.
