Auto Zone invites you to join our front‑line team as a Part‑Time Commercial Driver. This role delivers high‑quality customer service while driving company‑provided vehicles to commercial customers across Rhode Island.

Auto Zone’s store teams empower customers with knowledge and support. As a Delivery Driver, you will extend that service through safe, efficient deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

• Deliver exemplary customer service by engaging commercial customers and DIY shoppers, offering clear automotive advice, and providing installation assistance.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and robust customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations: meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Operate company‑provided vehicles safely and timely, loading and unloading parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay informed on promotions and product knowledge through Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication skills; fluency in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
