As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again. You will be the face of Penske—greeting customers and sending them off with a smile. • Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience during fueling and washing
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and basic maintenance are complete
• Maintain a clean, safe facility environment for customers and associates
• Complete minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance under coaching
• Carry out other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Teamwork ability
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Basic mechanical and tool usage knowledge (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to comply with instructions, guidelines, and safety policies
• Full attendance required
• Driver qualification file maintained per DOT regulations
• Willingness to undergo background screening, drug test, and physical examination

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting
• Use of hands for grasping, reaching, handling tools daily
• Ability to work safely at heights using ladders or platforms
• Capability to work in all weather conditions
• Visual and auditory ability to navigate workplace with large trucks
• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg), plus pushing/pulling truck tires exceeding 100 lbs
