United Security, Inc. (USI) - - Responsibilities:
Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure campus is secure and safe;
Identify leaks and spills, inspect doors and locks on site to prevent potential hazards;
Assist in managing crisis situations, such as aggressive behavior from patients or visitors, use conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations and have the ability to perform patient restraints when required;
Interact with patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and directions when needed;
Provide a high level of customer service to client and all client employees, visitors and patients
